Mr Dwarkadas Babubhai Thumar

 

Mr Dwarkadas Babubhai Thumar is a Graduate civil engineer. He Appointed as Executive Director of the Company. He has earned nearly 14 years of professional experience. He has more than 5 years in the Details Project Report and more than 5 years in construction supervision of highway, road and bridge projects. This includes highway projects funded by the World Bank, the ADB and NHAI in India which were implemented under FIDIC contract conditions.

 

He is thoroughly familiar with relevant standards, specifications, contract procedures, designs and quality control etc. he has good experience in understanding and implementing the environmental Litigation measures on projects of this dimension and type. He too have vast experiences in the analysis of rates, preparing of variation order, bill of quantities, and in the planning of road & Infrastructure projects.

He has earned nearly 14 years of professional experience. In that he has worked as Engineer from 1998 to 2003. Also from 2003 to 2005 he worked as a Quantity Surveyor also as an Assistance Manager (Civil). From 2006 to 2009 he worked as a Planning/ Billing Engineer. And from 2011 to 2012 he has worked as a Dy. Project Manager (QS and Planning) with R & B Department. From 2013 to till date he’s working as a Project Manager (QS and Planning).

Mr M Satya Venkata Chalapathi

Mr M Satya Venkata Chalapathi Is Appointed as an Independent Director.  He has earned Nearly 23Years of professional experience. He has excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills with a very proactive approach for achieving Organizational objectives. He experienced in people management, mentoring and performance appraisal systems.

 

He is certified in Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Also done Graduation in Metallurgical Engineering. He is certified in Cost and Works Accountant (ICWAI). He had done Masters in International Securities, Investments and Banking. Majored in Financial Engineering, Market Risk, Volatility Analysis, Risk Management & Control and Foreign Exchange & Money Markets.

 

He has earned More than 23 years of Professional Experience. In that he has worked as Head of Credit at Global Trust Bank Limited Fort Branch from 1995 to 2000. After that he joined National Stock Exchange of India Limited as a Manager of Accounts Management from 2000 to 2004. Then he joined Ahli Bank as a Manager from 2005 to 2006. From July 2006 he joined as a Vice Precedent, Risk Management at Development at Development Credit Bank Limited. Also he worked in Nirmal Bang Securities Private Limited as a CEO from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011 he had worked as a Head of Clearing & Settlement at Singapore Mercantile Exchange. & from 2011 to till Date he’s working as a Financial Consultant and Cost Account Practicing Member.

 

Academic Achievements:

  • Awarded National Scholarship from Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India for ranking 3rd in Matriculation for the year 1985.
  • Nationwide 12th Rank for ICWAI Intermediate Exams in the year June 1994.

Mr  Phoolkumar Saluja is appointed as Independent Director of the Company. He isCertified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). Also he had done M Com, M A (Sociology),Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare, also Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Also he worked as a Manager (Credit, Operations, Inspection and Audit), Dy Branch Head from 1990 to 1995. He was Training Faculty (Luck now), Sr Manager Credit (Varanasi & Delhi) from 1995 to 2002. After that from 2002 to 2008 he worked as a Chief Manager (Bareilly Zone) – Branch Head (Mauritius & Udaipur). Also having Experience of Bank of Baroda - Dy Regional Head (Haldwani) – Asst. General Manager - Branch Head at Kolkata. From 2009 to 2014 he was on deputation as Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Ahmedabad. And in May 2014 he has taken Superannuation Retirement from Bank of Baroda.

 

Jagrutiben Rameshbhai Joshi

Jagrutiben Rameshbhai Joshi is appointed as Non Executive Director of the Company. She’s 41 Years old. She had completed her Graduation (B.A).

Over the years, she has continually worked on developing global corporate governance reform tools to help implement best practices. She is been continuously participating in Social Activities.
